Silvertone model G Empty Silvertone model G

I am working on the repair of a Silvertone G and I would like to know if someone has the voltage values marked as + BIAF, -CPWR and + BPWR in the schematic and also confirm the voltage that is applied to the 1000 ohm resistor because it is unreadable in the schematic.
