I've been a member for a while, but then life got in the way and I lost track of this site! So here's a quick introduction.
Retired from ~45 years as an electrical engineer, mostly television circuits and systems. Most of the companies I've worked for are gone now! Wink
Ham radio operator, licensed since 1961, currently not very active, though I've been on all the pre-WARC HF bands and used most of the modes.
Sing tenor in church choirs (and have for 50+ years - someday I'll be good at it).
Currently write the TV column for the Antique Wireless Association's Journal. Always on the outlook for stories and history of TV.
Own the world's largest and most complete collection of TV signal boosters and UHF converters: (tv-boxes.com)
Love old electronics, especially the circuits - I still read schematics for fun and education.
