Back in about 74, I took a begining electronics class in high school. The first project was an AM radio, with about half a dozen parts, with an earphone - no power, but picked up a few stations. I thought that was the greatest thing.
Havn't been able to find instructions for one that simple anywhere, back then it was about a buck in parts.
